Paid for subscription but says it's a free account?

Paid for subscription but says it's a free account?

Last month I subscribed to Spotify's annual subscription which was 120USD. Today, it said that I have a free account which I just do not understand. I'm attaching the screenshot of the receipt. Please tell me what's wrong. My money has been taken.
