My Question or Issue

last week the system took the payment but my account is not premium yet ! Who needs to fix it ?

Hey @Asianlover,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Sometimes it takes a bit for the system to register the payment, but a whole week is indeed a long time for that to happen. This leads me to believe there may be a second account you're using, i.e. you've activate a subscription on a different account. Could you check if that's the case using the steps from this FAQ page
