Hi!

Apparently Ive been paying for regular premium for 5 months now even thought I qualify for a student account. However I did not receive a notification that my premium account was coming to an end. Now Ive paid double for 5 months, but cannot seem to find where I can contact spotify to reimburse this.

Hey @DutchCar

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they might be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
