My Question or Issue

I paid for a montly subscription of spotify premium, but it even applied.
When I go and check my subscriptions on my google account it pops up there, but it has a text under it that I would translate to "Validate Subscription". It also says that it will automatically cancel the 5th if I don't validate it.

There is no apparent way to validate my subscription in my spotify account. I can't purchase the subscription again, if I try I get the error "this account already has a subscription".

I've tried restarting my device, reinstalling the app, logging in and out. Nothing works...

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

This type of case may happen if the payment was not successfully completed. So in this case, we'd first recommend making sure that the process was successful by checking your receipts. Also, we'd also recommend checking if the money was withdrawn successfully or if the charge appears as Pending or Reserved. If that's the case, it's possible that the payment failed and the funds should be returned automatically to your payment method soon. If not, we'd recommend getting in touch with Google so they can give you more info about the payment.
