Partner can't accept duo due to requiring identical addresses

My Question or Issue

After sending multiple invites, my girlfriend has been unable to accept them after entering the same address I have in my account, with the the message stating that we need to have the same address. If I lived on 123 A St, Acity, 12345, she enters that exact same address and it still pops up saying it isn't the same address. She just signed up for Spotify, maybe she's missing a verification? She was logged out after the 14 day trial and can't log back in.
