My Question or Issue

 I have a new phone  samsung galaxy S9+ and it seems i cant find my premium. Still Spotify has with-drawn money from my credit card for premium for this month. I have tried all the ways they ask in the support but nothing works. What can i do?

No i cant see anything from my old phone 😕

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify.
