My Question or Issue

I'm trying to purchase the $0.99 three month premium plan and neither of my payment methods are working. I've used both a debit card and a debit gift card. Whenever I enter the info it just brings up the text: "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method." I've tried it in my normal chrome browser and in incognito mode. I've also tried purchasing it on my phone and the same issue occurs.

Hey @sydnaquil, welcome to the Community!

 

To get this offer, you need to sign up using a recurring payment method that hasn't been used to pay for a similar offer in the past.

 

If you've used your card to pay for this offer on a different account, you'll need to use a different payment method.

Thank you for replying! However, I haven't used either cards to pay for a similar offer in the past. I've only had the one account, and from my knowledge, I haven't had premium before (I have no receipts linked to this account indicating so).
