My Question or Issue

Hello, the payment does not go through, writes "The payment did not go through. Try again, use a different card or other payment method. Please contact support." subscription, but everything is the same as it was before.

Spotify writes an error when paying, but the bank does not receive any notification of any payment at all, there is no statement.
Help solve the problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. 

 

These errors can be caused by different factors. We'd recommend making sure that your payment method has been issued in the same country as your Spotify account, that it has sufficient funds and that all details are correct. 

 

If everything is correct and you still have issues, you can try using an incognito window or waiting a few hours and then trying again.
