Payment done still showing subscription will get cancelled

Payment done still showing subscription will get cancelled

Hello spotify, I already got deducted the funds for my subscription, but in the app its showed that you couldnt receive payment and change the payment method, but the momey is already deducted. What to do?

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll help you enjoy your Premium.

 

Is it only within the app that you don't see your Premium? Check your receipts page and payment method and make sure that the payment was actually successful. If you can’t see the payment anywhere, then it was most likely unsuccessful, so just try again. If your subscription is still active, then just wait and the system should make another attempt automatically. 

 

If you were actually charged according to your payment method but the payment is not visible on the receipts, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
