Payment failed, will offline mode protect my downloads

My premium payment failed, and it will be a couple weeks before I can pay again. A few days ago the payment failed message showed up and after turning spotify to offline and restricting its internet access from my phones settings the message still shows up often. Will offline mode protect my downloads for the 29 days (which will be more than enough time to arrange payment)

As you've had a premium account and created and saved music through this non-restricted account, your playlists will be there when you come back.

As far as saved music, you might need to re-download.
