Payment failure

Payment failure

I paid for Spotify premium using the 18app bonus and I paid for a year but I was granted only a month of Spotify premium... 

I need help to rectify this problem, thanks.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try logging into your account overview to see which payment method shows? Also, could you check the subscription end date (your billing date) there?
