Good day,

 

I have signed up for Spotify Duo using my Vodacom mobile nr. I have a Vodacom contract and not a prepaid service. I am now getting notifications that I do not have enough airtime on my plan for the payment - but it should just be added to my monthly Vodacom account right?

I have then tried to update my payment details to be on my VISA card, but get told that I am not eligible for this payment method. 

Please HELP!!

Sorry to hear you're having this experience. Initially, I recommend that you take a look at this support article to get some simple tips that might help. If the issue persists, the best to do is contacting your carrier support to get help with it, considering your Premium Duo subscription is provided by their services.
