Payment not accepted

Payment not accepted

EDGE OF A BREAKDOWN!! I've been trying for days to update my payment method but all i get is the message of my bank company gaving a bad day.. I've tried 3 different companies now.. And it's been days.. Does Spotify not want the money?? This is the last day before i lose my downloaded songs and i'm frustrated.

Hey @Venure, welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and give it another try? If it doesn't help, you can get in touch with our Accounts team from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username and they will take a closer look at this.

Clearing the caches didn't work and i've already sent a form.
