My Question or Issue

 

 

Good morning. I live in italy and my credit card is from italy. i had spotify Premium account since 9months and i have always payed with my credit card. 3days ago spotify sent me an email where my payment for this month was no good till the end. So I add again my credit card and spotify said "MY CREDIT CARD is not in the same country of the one in my account ". Even if it was right cause i had italy as country, i changed again. But still the same problem, so as spotify suggest me I cancel my Premium account for do it again. Now it said spotify is not available in my country..I Called my bank and they said me my credit card is good...what am i supposed to do? Any idea?

I am from Quebec Canada and I have the same issue as you it says that i must update my payment method. But when i look through my credit card bill it tells me that the payement has gone through. But when i go into the app on my samsung s8+ it tells me that the payment has not been updated. Please help i dont know what to do. Thanks for the help in advance.
