My Question or Issue

I'm trying to upgrade my account to premium. My card is from Dominican Republic, so I tried to change my country from Spain to DR, but the only option that they give me is Spain. So when I try to pay my payment gets rejected. What can I do then?

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

There’s also some specific subscription-related troubleshooting over at our Spotify Answers board.

 

If none of those work, you can try a different internet connection/device, or use an incognito mode, this sometimes helps.
