1. I used a 36$ gift card and got 3 months but Spotify is still trying to take money out of my account...???? And is saying payment failure even tho I’ve paid

To make sure Spotify uses the gift card you added, instead of charging your payment card, we suggest cancelling the automatic subscription.

Don't worry, your account won't go back to Free and you'll continue to enjoy the gift card you redeemed without any trouble.
