My Question or Issue

I will write in english, i hope more can help or understand my question.

I have Spotify premium and i have had it for at long time. So this is the first time i have trouble with the payment. Spotify have charged me 3 times this month. 

It cost 99 DKK (Danish Crown) monthly. But they charged me on the 04.12.18 and then 2 times on the 08.12.18.

And i already check to see if i had more than one account with premium. But i don’t....

What do i do??? And how do i get my money back when i can’t contact Spotify.
