Paypal Won't Work

I've deleted my previous account as it had my full name for my Username which I didn't like; therefore, I made a new account with an anonymous username.

Now, the issue is when I try to upgrade to premium it doesn't allow my paypal to go through, which is my only way of paying currently (the paypal is connected to my bank account.) 

Anyhow, thank you in advance for any solutions.

First, we'd recommend trying the steps in this troubleshooting guide. 

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know if you see an error message when you're trying to upgrade.
