Tengo un plan universitario, sin embargo desde el mes pasado que me cobran el plan premiun normal, que sucedio con mi plan de estudiante?

The issue you're having might be caused due to several reasons :

- Your subscription year was over and you haven't renewed on time

- Issues with verifying your student status

- You've made changes of address/payment method
