hello, please let me know if it is possible to return the money for the payment. the fact is that we have a family subscription, I missed the payment date and the funds ended up on the card later, so I tried on my own in the settings to cancel the payment again, as a result, the fee for the personal plan was canceled, not for the family plan. tell me how to solve this issue

Hi there @nika_zador,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If all of this is under the same account, go to your account page to see both what the current subscription is and how much the next payment will be. This will tell you what you have now and what you will have after the next billing date. If you already cancelled, go here to continue your Family plan. If you paid for the Individual plan, the billing date will be moved accordingly to compensate for the price difference.
