Premium 3 months trial stopped working after 1.5 months

Premium 3 months trial stopped working after 1.5 months

Hi, I subsribed to a 3month Premium trial account on May 24. Yesterday (Jul 7) when I opened the app on my iphone 6S, it kept asking if I wanted to listen in the webbrowser. Then I also received an email that I subscribed for Family account. Which I didn't understand.

This morning when I opened the app I needed to login. This didn't work. So I reset my password, worked only in incognito browser. And now I see in my account that since today I have Premium Family account and I can't cancel it.

Also I still need to login when i open the app. And it still doesn't accept my credentials. I noticed in the Apple store that the app updated yesterday. Exactly when all the strange things started to happen.

Can anyone help?
- getting me to use the app again
- cancelling the family and keep using the 3month trial

After multiple password resets I finally can login the app again. But...3 new playlists have been added (the top 3 of attaches image), which I didn't do. And again I was asked from which device I wanted to listen. Am I hacked???
