Premium Duo plan and still have ads

Premium Duo plan and still have ads

I’ve had premium duo for nearly a year and my husbands account still has ads. He verified his info, etc but it’s got the exact same ads as Spotify free. Can someone explain why we are unable to fix this? An actual person to talk to or email would be great but I won’t hold my breath.

What kind of device is he using Spotify on? If it's on mobile, please tell him to go into the Spotify app's settings and then click on Account. 

It'll show his account's username as well as his current plan on the "Account" settings page.
