My Question or Issue

I have an individual premium account that I have previously been able to view on all my IOS devices and on an Acer Windows 10 desktop computer I own.

I recently updated my computer to a Dell Optiplex running Windows 11, and when I installed the app, I was able to log in without incident...but on the Windows 11 computer I can see only a single playlist (I have multiple playlists).

That one playlist exists in my IOS devices and the other computer, but when I went to check the account area to see if there was some kind of sync that needed to be forced, I found that, despite the account name being correct and the one playlist having carried over between devices, that on the Windows 11 computer, Spotify believes I have a free account, whether I am using the app from the Windows app store, or a browser via the internet on that Windows 11 computer.

How do I correctly sync my premium account info from IOS/Windows 10 to my account on the Windows 11 PC? Again - the account is the same account.

Hey @DannyMcO,

Thanks for reaching out.

You've most likely got a second account with Spotify, so I recommend checking out this FAQ article on locating accounts.

Let me know how it goes 🙂
