Premium Renewal

Hello,

I'm trying to renew my Premium for this month, but I can't renew it because it says "you are not eligible for this offer". On that page it only shows the Family Plan, Yearly Plan, and Student Plan, does that mean I can never renew my Individual Plan anymore, and I have to change my plan to Family Plan?

Can you please provide more info on the account you're trying to renew ?

Have you had regular Premium before ? have you registered to one of the special offers ? do you have more than one active account ? which device you using ?
