My Question or Issue

 Even after changing my email to my student one, I keep receiving the following:

 

"Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student. Please check your details and try again."

Everything is correct and I am definitely a student. Help?

Hey @iveylouisa

By any chance did you verify your student ID with SheerID?
