Premium account not registering on account info

Premium account not registering on account info

Hi, I have paid for a premium account for years now and it works but when I go to my account information it says I am using free spotify. My Alexa won't connect to Spotify either as it doesn' register that I use premium.

 

What can I do to fix this?

Hey @Hanb2,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
