Premium account without premium services

Solved!

Premium account without premium services

Hello, I've been enjoying spotify for many months now and it has been great. As of last night tho all my 500 songs on mobile have been deleted and I've lost premium services even though nothing has changed on my account. I checked everything the help article said and still nothing. Even did a clean install. My account has premium for students for some months now and I've had no problems until last night. Its a shame I will have to download all 500 songs once I've regained premium but until then I can't use a service I have paid for and would like some help. Thank you.

Hey @KostasStorm! Thanks for writing.

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.

We hope this helps. Have an awesome day 🙂

Thank you for the reply! I've checked and I don't have other accounts, just the one. However, I checked today and I have my premium services back on mobile so I am guessing it was a temporary problem with the servers, or something similar. Thank you for your help.
