Premium code won’t activate.

Premium code won’t activate.

So today I bought a 3 month premium gift card, and the cashier gave me my activation receipt. I tried putting in the code only for it to say BOTH “something went wrong” and “unfortunately this premium code does not seem to be valid” 

 

I have switched the zero with an O countless times yet no matter what, the code still won’t activate.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far and have a few more suggestions for you to try. We recommend trying to activate your code via this link, but this time using an incognito browser or a different device altogether. Sometime you cache and cookies can cause such issues and this is an easy way to avoid them. It's also a good idea to give it a go with a different internet connection, such as a mobile hotspot.

 

Keep in mind that gift cards can't be used for Family/Duo subscriptions or other promotions. They also have to be issued in the same country your account is set to.

I'm afraid that's not working. I tried incognito, using my phone, disconnected from my wifi and tried it with mobile data, and it's still not working. I tried putting in the code not even an hour after I bought it from my local store. I had the individual plan, always have, and remember putting in another 3 month code almost a year ago, and it worked just fine. I just don't know what to do anymore.
