Premium duo

I was previously The owner of me and my partners duo account. Now he is The owner and i’ve registered through The link. 
The link works for about 2 hours before i get thrown out to free account again. Please help. 
the account om trying to join is vetle.c.birkeland / Vetlepoipoi

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

When the system removes your account from the group subscription, it's usually related to the address set when accepting the invite. In this case, we'd first recommend asking your partner to copy the address registered on his plan page and send it to you to make sure you're using the exact same address. Also, to avoid any damaged cache affecting the process, we'd suggest trying to join again using an incognito/private window.

 

However, if the issue persists after this, since it could be also account-related and we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
