Hi

Im looking at getting a premium family account but I’m moving to NZ and the other family members using the account are staying in Australia. The method of payment will stay in Australia, can I still use the account in NZ.

My Question or Issue

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you activate a Family subscription in Australia with an Australian payment method and then move to NZ, the family subscription may stop working and get automatically canceled at the next payment date. A similar thing may happen on the side of the members, that'll stay in Australia. If you're moving to NZ for an indefinite period of time, it won't be possible to maintain a Family subscription as described by you.

 

The country of your account, the country of the payment method, the address of the members and the country where you physically reside in should match for no issues to occur.
