Premium features not working for premium individual account

Premium features not working for premium individual account

Plan: Premium Individual

Country: USA

Device: motorola gplay 2021

OS: Android 11

 

My Question or Issue

I am unable to use premium features on my premium individual account. Specifically, when I try to shuffle I get the message 'you have discovered a premium feature' and it does not activate. This issue is on my mobile app, as well as the web player.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

Can you please try logging out and then logging back in two times in a row in the Spotify app on your devices? That should force a sync. 🙂

When you visit https://spotify.com/account, does it say Free or Premium on that page?

It says Premium Individual.

It doesn't seem to be defaulting me to a free account, as I can still
listen ad-free.
