Since yesterday my premium has disappeard and i now have a free account. I have changed anything with my account, i havn't even downloaded any songs. Also checked my payements and they are all fine aswell. I just checked for any possible updates and I had missed one. That has been installed now but I'm still on a free account.
Anyone any ideas what going on and how I can fix it?

No worries, let's try to figure out what happened here 🙂 Did you need to log back in the client? If so, it's possible a duplicate account was created by accident. You can try this guide to point you out in the right direction.

Thanks Kate! I used your link and end result is that I need to fill out a contactform 😉 Probably because only my account is missing and I still have all my playlists.

Thanks - i havnt used the contactform yet as I still have this topic open. So I gather you don't have any other ideas at the moment what the problem could be? And I dont fully understand what you mean with replying to the email? What do i need to reply about?

Since you got prompted to use the contact form, it means that it's something Spotify staff needs to check backstage so you can go ahead and use it 🙂 No worries if you still post here, this is a community of Spotify users.
After you've completed and sent the form you might get an email from a no-reply address that directs you to use the community or the support pages, which you've already done, so you can reply back to that email that you require some extra assistance 🙂
