My Question or Issue

I “bought” 3 months free premium, but today when I opened Spotify, my premium was not there? I got the premium may 9th, so it would end august 9th? What do I do?

Do you think it's possible you're logged in on the wrong account? Here is how to check that.

Was this an intro trial or a different kind of offer you wanted to activate? Eligibility criteria apply, so this may also be the reason for you not having the offer activated.
