Premium member without access

I 've read 100s of solutions without success. Paid a bundle deal that includes Spotify Premium. When I go to download anothing, an ad pops up wanting to know if I want to upgrade to Premium! Of course I end up at square one again. All this worldly technology huh....nothing and I mean nothing has helped. All I can do is cancel altogether and ditch Spotify full stop. Tried off/on, uninstalling etc nothing
