My Question or Issue

Im currently a premium subscriber, and have been for almost 3-ish years now. All payments have been going through with no issue, but now my premium isnt working even tho i paid for it this month? It shows on my plan that im still paying for it and havent cancelled it but when i go to use my premium features such as repeating songs, skipping, adding songs to the queue, etc, it doesnt work. im confused!

I'm sorry to hear that. Since your payment went through and your account still shows as Premium, this could be a temporary glitch.

 

I'd suggest you to close and reopen the app, or restart your phone/computer. Then, log out and back in on all devices (phone, computer, etc.).

After that, check your account status again and make sure your plan still says Spotify Premium and not Free.
