My Question or Issue

I've canceled my premium plan in April and since switched back to free plan however just noticed I still have been charged for 4 months!!

 

Please can you help me to get the refund?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like you've got an additional account with Spotify, so the first thing I recommend doing is to try to locate that account. You can follow these steps.

Payment I have cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged. I would like to see what email is registered to my card number to see who is using my card details. Once this is done I would like to delete my profile.
