Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Sounds like you might be logged in to a different account on your TV and laptop. 

In this case, we suggest that you check the email you registered on your Premium account by heading to Settings > Account > Email on your phone. Once you checked the correct email address, make sure to log out on your other devices by following these steps. 

Then, you can log back in with the correct email address and password. If you don't remember the password, you can reset it here.
