Premium subsciption - country and card do not match

Premium subsciption - country and card do not match

I live in the USA for most of the year now but I have always lived in France and paid my premium with my french account before. I had to switch cards and now it won't let me re activate my premium.
1. I try to pay and it says country and card do not match
2. I switch m profile back to France and now I can't receive the confirmation text because I don't have a french number.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend changing your account’s country setting back to the US and using a credit or debit card issued there to complete the subscription.

 

If you don’t have a US-based card, another option is to redeem Spotify Gift Cards. This can allow you to enjoy Premium Individual service even while you’re outside of your home country.
