I have been having premium for some months but my card has been running out so i got a new card and numbers but now I can’t pay for the premium with the new card because I haven’t updated the card information before the premium ended what can I do to be able to pay for the premium in the account I normally use with the new card information?

Remember you can change your payment details following the steps here:

 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Under Payment details, click UPDATE.
  4. Choose your payment method at the top and fill in the details. 
  5. Click CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS to confirm.

All done! Your changes will take effect on your next payment.

I cant because I now have Spotify free so it just says to” upgrade to premium” where it usually says “change payment details” noting about any payment details

It sounds like you might have just had your account revert to Free if you're seeing this after looking at the same username.

 

Can you successfully 'Upgrade to Premium' using the new card? Try it on a desktop's browser in an incognito window.
