Problem changing Payment method

Problem changing Payment method

Hi,

 

I am trying to change my payment method and my AMERICAN EXPRES card keeps getting declined with the following message: "Your payment method and country don't match." My home zip code is from Florida and my card is from New York but that’s the same country. Why do I keep getting that message?

thanks for posting in the community !

 

This sounds odd.

Please try processing the payment using an incognito web page or a different browser as it tends to do the trick.

 

Adding the Spotify payment troubleshooting here for ferther info just in case you need any.
