Problem with mobile payment

Problem with mobile payment

I'm using the boku mobile payment method to pay the premium subscription and it worked fine for almost one year but suddenly it said that the payment failed even though i got enough money on my phonr and i didn't change anything on the subscription, my provider or my phone.

 

I already tried canceling the subscription and resubscribing, but it either says that i already used the phone number, or if the number works, it still doesn't take any money of my phone.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with Boku mobile payments! Can I request that you try another method of payment? This should solve your issues.
