Problem with the Duo subscription

Problem with the Duo subscription

Yesterday I bought the Duo subscription, but before buying it I had the Student subscription. The problem is that it won't let me share my account, it says that I still have the Student subscription. Is there a solution for this problem? And if so, could you tell me step by step what I should do, please?

Hey @Zarcklet,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

When you have a Premium Student subscription active in your account, it will keep showing the remaining time as it was activated for 12 months, but it doesn't interfere with a plan change. 

If you want to change your current plan, we'd recommend accessing your Account page and hitting the button Change plan. After that, you just need to select the plan you prefer and follow the on-screen process. If it shows any error messages, we'd recommend completing the process from an incognito/private page, making sure you're logged in to your own account. 

Once you've subcribed to the new plan, you can invite the other user to join your plan by following the steps in this article
