My Question or Issue

Bonjour j'ai spotify par bouygues telecom et je veux passer sur un abonnement famille mais je dois d'abord résilier pour pouvoir prendre l'abonnement famille. Est ce qu'en resiliant je perd mes playlist?

Hi @Steffy3,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome! I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

No worries, switching subscription plans won’t cause you to lose any of your playlists, saved music, or settings. This applies universally for any plan change, including when you cancel a Premium plan (such as with a partner company, in your case) and revert to the free plan.

However, note that since downloading playlists for offline listening is a Premium feature, you’ll need to re-download any playlists that you’ve already downloaded for offline listening once you switch to the Premium Family plan.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!

Hi @Steffy3,

Thank you for your reply!

You’ll just need to wait until your Premium time with the partner plan expires and your account reverts to free, at which time you should be able to subscribe to Premium Family without any issues.
