REOVE ALL DEVICE CONNECTED TO MY SPOTIFY ACCOUNT

Please help. When i try to download offline music on my new device. The message always show to turn on usinh cellular, but the download using cellular already open. I think. The reason is that i already connect my account to three device. I try to remove and change my password but still the problem occur. Thanks in advance

Hey @thud26, welcome to the community!

 

To remove old Offline Devices, you can just log in with your Spotify account on them and turn off the Offline option under Settings.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, you can log in here, and head to Offline Devices. You'll be able to manually remove any device you choose from there.
