I contacted Josephine V today and she was no help! She confirmed that I registered for the device weeks ago. Notification said I'd be informed when the device was ready,but I never received anything after that! She directed me to Google. They get you to subscribe,then don't live up to the offer or provide good customer service. I'm a little upset.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. However, as the Josephine suggested, the device delivery is managed by Google. I'd recommend looking for help here. They will hopefully be able to help more.
