Porem ao efetuar o pagamento por meio PIX nao recebo os 2 meses da promocao, com o aviso do meu plano ser encerrado em 08/01/2025.

In order to purchase some Premium offers, you might need to meet certain criteria. It sounds like you may not meet this eligibility criteria and therefore didn't get the offer. You should be able to find all the info in the Terms and Conditions of the offer.

If you think you meet all of the criteria of this offer and still didn't get it, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team here so that they can take a look backstage.
