FAMILY PREMIUM

I was removed from the "Premium Family" package because I did not communicate the address within the set time. The problem is that the undersigned, as well as the holder of the plan, could not confirm/ change the address on the dedicated page. In addition, no email where it was possible to confirm the address was forwarded to me (obviously I give free access to the email in case of control). To date I have been removed from the plan without having the opportunity to confirm my address losing so not only the premium service but also money

Thanks for reaching out. No worries, if you weren't able to confirm your address on time, I'd recommend reaching out to Support here. Hopefully they will be able to add you back to the plan as soon as possible.
