My Question or Issue

 I was on a family plan at a former residence, it was cancelled and I started another one with my wife using our new address and residence. Worked fine, then today tells me I cannot use it because they can't verify my address...... This is extremely annoying because Spotify has no phone service so now I am forced to be paying for a family account, yet not able to have my entire family use it!  Please help me!

Try joining the plan using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference. If that doesn't help, reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with your account info.
