Dear Spotify Customer Support,

 

I am writing to address an issue with an unauthorized charge to my account. I noticed that on 2024/12/17 at 1:13 AM, an amount of €8.99 was deducted from my bank account. I no longer use this Spotify account and was not aware that the subscription was still active.

 

I kindly request a refund for this charge, as I have not been using the service. Additionally, I ask for confirmation that my subscription has been canceled to prevent any future charges.
