Retry payment

Retry payment

Why can't I just press a button to retry the payment? I didn't have enough money on the account when the autogiro tried to draw the money.

The only option was to "update" my details by simply readding the card information. Spotify impresses by constantly have weird "feauters" that suck. Just add a "Retry" button!
And I still, after 6-7 years, can't open the Spotify exe from a web link. But that's another issue. But since that hasn't been fixed I doubt this will be fixed either. Just add more bloat 😛

It's not a bug!

 

It's just another essential feature that everybody else has (Except Spotify hahaaaaaa..).

 

If failing to add obvious and important features was a sport, Spotify would take the gold, silver, bronze, and every "Good effort" ribbon afterwards.

I had exactly the same problem - my payment method (credit card) was working many months before but this time unexpectedly haven't succeeded.

I looked for "retry payment" button, but there is nothing like this.

I contacted the "chat" support. They recommended to re-enter (the same) payment details, which helped. But this seems to me very strange 😞

I told them that "retry" button would be fine, but they considered re-entering all as clean solution and didn't feel any need for that button :-(((
